All donations are processed securely through licensed payment providers. Donations are non-refundable unless an error has occurred. Tax receipts are issued for eligible donations.

All content on this platform is the property of ADS Mt Kenya unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

ADS Mt Kenya is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform. Services are provided on an “as is” basis.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
