Our Story
From humble beginnings to regional impact — the journey of ADS Mount Kenya Region.
Founded
ADS Mount Kenya Region was established as the development arm of the Anglican Church of Kenya, Mount Kenya Diocese, with a mandate to coordinate and implement community development programs.
Expanded Operations
Expanded our reach to cover all counties in the Mount Kenya region, launching integrated programs in agriculture, health, water, and education that served over 50,000 households.
Strategic Plan Launch
Launched our five-year strategic plan focusing on climate-smart agriculture, youth empowerment, and gender equality, strengthening partnerships with county governments and international donors.
Rebrand & Renewal
Embarked on a comprehensive rebranding initiative to modernize our identity and expand our digital presence, positioning ADS Mt Kenya for greater impact in the next decade.
